This is the Privacy Statement of Topicus B.V., located at Singel 25, 7411 HW Deventer, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 74338269.

When processing your personal data, Topicus complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data (including the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Processing of personal data and purposes

Security

The security of your personal data complies with the requirements set forth in applicable laws and regulations. For job application forms, we apply a retention period of 12 months or 4 weeks, depending on the choice you make when filling out the application form, starting from the moment the position is filled. If an applicant on this website agrees to the retention of data for one year before submitting the application, this will apply. After one year, Topicus will send a message regarding the possible extension or deletion of the data.

Your rights

You have certain rights because we collect personal data from you. You have the right to:

  • Access to your personal data;
  • correction of your personal data;
  • (in certain cases) erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing;
  • withdrawal of any previously given consent;

We ai mto comply with your request as soon as possible, but no later than one month. In special cases (e.g., the complexity of the request), we may extend the deadline by two months.
