Salary
We ensure that your salary is deposited on the 20th of every month. At Topicus, compensation isn’t about negotiation: it’s about what you contribute. Curious about what that means in practice? Feel free to contact the recruiter.

Bonus

Reached your personal and/or team goals? Great job! You’ll receive an annual bonus that can amount to an extra month’s salary.

Vacation days

You’ll receive 27 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek). Need more days? You can purchase up to 6 additional days. Of course, you’ll also receive an 8% annual vacation allowance to help make your vacation plans a reality!

Permanent contract 

We love investing in long-term relationships! As soon as you and your team lead feel you’re a good fit, we’ll convert your contract to a permanent one.

Solid pension plan

Thinking ahead is in our DNA. That’s why we contribute 50% to your pension premiums; the amount depends on your age. Together, we’re building your future.

Income security at incase of disabilty

In the unlikely event that you become unable to work, you’re extra well-protected at Topicus thanks to our WGA gap insurance. It offers additional income security, on top of the statutory provisions.

Onboarding

You’ll be assigned a buddy from day one. Someone from your team who will show you the ropes and help you build a network. During your first month, you’ll participate in our comprehensive onboarding program: presentations, workshops, and inspirational sessions led by seasoned Topicans. This way, you’ll quickly learn what makes us unique.
